September settles in Paris, the French apricots of summer have finished in the cauldron, and a recipe that has long remained discreet finally takes its place on the shelf. For its official release, Confiture Parisienne unveils in September a new recipe signed by Gilles Choukroun and his Mediterranean childhood. At the heart of the recipe, a duo crafted by the chef: apricot and orange blossom, a Mediterranean childhood summarized in a single jar. Whole pistachios and a few drops of olive oil play a supporting role, essential for depth. Confiture Parisienne made it this summer with the finest French apricots picked at full ripeness, and officially reveals it at the start of the school year. The apricot for substance, the orange blossom for memory. Whole pistachios for crunch, olive oil for signature. There you have it, simply. Cooked in a copper cauldron, in small quantities, according to traditional methods. Unrefined cane sugar, no preservatives, 70% fruit. Jar 250g Price/kg: 71.60€

"Seriously the most delicious jam. Made in France with ingredients you can trust. I’ll never go back to store bought. I’ve gift these for two Christmas’s. Definitely worth the money and plus the empty jars are great decorations !"
