Sierra Honey - 260g

This is the honey produced by bees that gather nectar from thyme flowers. It has a reddish color. Its aroma and flavor are strong and characteristic. This honey aids digestion, regulates blood pressure, cures mild throat infections, and mitigates the effects of respiratory conditions such as bronchitis or asthma.

Sierra honey comes from the wooded, pine-covered, and high areas of the Segura, Cazorla, and Villas mountains. Its main characteristics are dark color, peculiar smell, and bitter taste. Its greatest difference from other types of honey is reflected in its chemical composition – it contains more mineral substances. It comes from dew or honeydew. In both cases, it is produced by bees from the pine forests and other shrub plants.
