Artisan chocolaterie officially holding the Diploma of Master Artisan and Artisan Company since 1995 by the Government of Navarra. Additionally, it is part of the Association of Artisan Foods of Navarra.
All varieties contain little sugar and a lot of cocoa, which improves the quality of the chocolate and the health of the consumer. Artisan Roncesvalles chocolates are different thanks to the rigorous selection of raw materials.
Only natural ingredients are used, such as vanilla and cinnamon aromas, hazelnuts, almonds, walnuts, currants, oil, raspberries, mango, and freeze-dried passion fruit.
Ingredients: Cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, virgin olive oil 5%, soy lecithin, and natural vanilla flavor. May contain traces of nuts and dairy.
Minimum cocoa content 67%
No preservatives, fats, or colorants.
