Let us take you through the story of Kerinba doo – a small but heartfelt family business, founded in 1992, which has been imbued with a love for coffee and a passion for excellence from the very beginning. Our roots reach into the beautiful Vipava Valley, where the heart of our production smolders in the village of Šempas.

We are an independent microbrewery and operate in the heart of the Vipava Valley, in Ajdovščina. After a year of careful preparation and experimentation, we launched our first brew, Pally Pale Ale, in November 2013. The 3rd Pill IPA followed shortly after, winning two silver medals a year later and being named the best Slovenian beer on RateBeer.com. Since then, our beer list has been steadily growing, with each new recipe combining precision, innovation and an unwavering commitment to quality.

The Butul Farm from Manžan pri Kopru is a tourist family farm where work is based on three foundations: gastronomy, tourism and agriculture. We have six hectares of olive groves, vineyards and fields where we grow vegetables and fruit. We also enjoy harvesting wild plants that have always been on the plates of our farmers. In addition to wine and olive oil, we process herbs, vegetables and fruit and sell them as boutique products at home and abroad.

We are Gineral SLovenija, a craft distillery from Kozje, producing internationally award-winning gin and rum. Under our brand name, we market several types of gin, dark rum, beer, gin pralines, gin ice cream, and apple juice. We market our products in restaurants/bars, and we also offer cocktail service on site as a business gift.

Our farm is located in the Poljanska Valley, at an altitude of 700 meters. We have been engaged in the production and processing of fruits and vegetables for ten years.
