Treat yourself to crunchy freeze-dried fruit whenever you would otherwise reach for a fruit snack or meal, but fresh fruit is not at hand. You can eat it raw, or mix it with water, lemon, sugar, or various spices to make refreshing and nutritious juices. Freeze-dried fruit is an excellent addition to yogurt, kefir, muesli, and smoothies, and it will also give your creativity a whole new boost when preparing pastries, ice cream, and other desserts.
It is an exceptional addition to beverages – especially teas, cocktails, and... water! Although we have removed it from fruit, we will not remove it from our menu. Drink plenty of it, and if you want to enrich it, reach for the bag.
