Where do we stick it?
The eternal question of apitherapists, who heal with bee stings, is where should the bee sting to get the healing effect the most. The same question is where to stick Apit. We will use it where it hurts us the most. If it hurts in multiple places, we can use multiple stickers, which we use where needed.
The stickers (always in pairs) - one with the image of a bee and the other with numbers - are applied to the sore spot, in the form of a patch, with the help of pharmacy tape, by peeling them off the base and sticking them on the tape. Make sure the image side of the label is facing the skin!
As a rule, labels do not wear out and work as long as they are whole and flat (not crumpled). Handle them carefully and you will be able to use them for many years.
Wear the stickers until you feel good. They do not need to be removed when showering. Each body responds in its own way, so "listen". Some even use them for weeks.
If you feel that the action is too strong to upset you, itch too much that you cannot sleep and feel uncomfortable changes, remove them for a while (for a few hours, a day to calm the body), then re-apply them. The reaction is a sign that the matter is working.
If the adhesive tape is worn out, handle / cut the stickers out of the old tape and stick them on the new tape. Once you have multiple layers of duct tape, you can peel it off without cutting.
