PREPARATION: Pour two tablespoons of the herbal mixture with one liter of boiling water. Cover the tea and let it steep for at least 30 minutes. We recommend drinking the tea without additives. The prepared amount should be consumed throughout the day, preferably before meals, as this increases the effectiveness of the tea. In addition to its preventive and health benefits, the primary purpose of the tea preparation is to enhance metabolism and cleanse the body. It is not recommended for pregnant and breastfeeding women, as well as for children under 12 years old.
