Winemaker's Diary:
The grapes for its production were harvested on September 19, 2025, when the acidity in the berries decreased to the desired parameters and the sugar content reached an appropriate level of 21 ° NM. We gently pressed the destemmed grapes and then statically clarified the must. After clarification, the must fermented at a low temperature to dryness. After fining and filtering, we bottled the wine.
Wine Service:
At a temperature of 8 - 10 °C in glasses for rosé wines with a volume of 450 – 500 ml.
Food Pairing Recommendation:
Toast with ham, poached egg, hollandaise sauce, and arugula.
