This promotes bowel movements and alleviates blockages in the stomach and intestines, establishes natural function and operation, and thus also affects the liver and bile function. PREPARATION: Pour 1-1.5 g (1 teaspoon) of finely chopped herb with about 150 ml (1 cup) of boiling water. Let it steep covered for 10-15 minutes and then strain. To stimulate appetite, drink 1 cup three times a day half an hour before meals. The daily dose is 3 g.
