Winemaker's Diary:
The grapes for this wine were harvested in our vineyard Sari on September 5, 2024. The sugar content of the grapes at harvest was at the level of 23.5 °NM. After processing the grapes and fermenting the must, the wine was transferred and subsequently moved to 300 l French barrique barrels from Seguin Moreau, of which one third was completely new. During the following 12 months, the wine patiently matured, and we regularly checked and topped it up. After this period, the wine was drawn from the barrels, underwent clarification and filtration, and was finally bottled.
Wine Service:
at a temperature of 8 - 10 °C in slightly closed tulip glasses with a volume of 450 – 500 ml
