How to use them?

You can heat or cool them, depending on the effect you want to achieve. Heat the slippers by placing them in the oven at 100°C for 2 minutes (the oven must be preheated) or heat them in the microwave for 30 seconds at 700 watts. You can cool them in the freezer for 30 minutes.
