Hazelnut, almond, and dark chocolate spread · caramelized peanut crunch · salted butter caramel center · 250 g jar A creation by Confiture Parisienne x Fou de Pâtisserie, made in small batches at the Viaduc des Arts workshop. The Chouchou spread is back. A long and meticulous recipe, produced each time in small quantities, as rare as a sincere smile in the subway. If you hesitate, too bad for you. Chouchou: the terrible child born from a collaboration between Confiture Parisienne and Fou de Pâtisserie. This is not your supermarket spread, no. This is serious. Creamy, decadent, the kind of guilty pleasure you savor straight from the spoon in a dark room hoping no one sees you. Imagine: crushed hazelnuts and almonds drowned in dark chocolate. Now, throw in some chouchou pieces. You know, those roasted peanuts under their crunchy caramel coat. But beware, it doesn't stop there, because the perfect crime always has a twist: each jar hides, right in the center, a flowing heart of salted butter caramel. And the leopard label? Yes, it's wild. Yes, it's provocative. Yes, you need it. Go ahead, take your chance. But hurry, because some pleasures never last long. 250 g jar. Price/kg: €67.60

"Seriously the most delicious jam. Made in France with ingredients you can trust. I’ll never go back to store bought. I’ve gift these for two Christmas’s. Definitely worth the money and plus the empty jars are great decorations !"
