The Lotus Currant Jam This recipe finds its origin in a recipe book by Claude Monet, where he shared his own currant jam. To this historical base, we chose to add a natural aroma of lotus flower, echoing the “Water Lilies,” an emblematic work of Monet. Its sweet floral notes evoke childhood candies, in the spirit of poppies or violets of yesteryear. A jam that is both lively and delicate, where fruit meets art and nostalgia of the past.
The Strawberry Poppy Jam The strawberry, a generous and indulgent fruit, is crafted to preserve its natural sweetness and roundness on the palate. We paired it with a note of poppy, directly referencing Claude Monet's painting “Promenade à Argenteuil.” This flower, emblematic of his landscapes, adds a sweet and slightly honeyed floral touch, evoking childhood candies, in the spirit of the poppies of yesteryear. A bright and comforting jam, between indulgence and memory.
The Raspberry Rose Jam The raspberry, a vibrant and intensely aromatic fruit, is crafted to preserve its character and natural freshness. We paired it with a note of rose, directly inspired by Claude Monet's painting “The Roses,” which illustrates this recipe. The flower softens the acidity of the fruit, bringing an elegant and delicate floral touch, without ever overpowering. A jam where the intensity of raspberry meets the floral sweetness of the Giverny garden.
