Between memories that can be eaten and memories that can be admired, one often has to choose. To resolve this dilemma, we imagined a series of engraved plaques, like so many postcards. This model takes you to Bordeaux, with a few symbols molded in dark chocolate: the Place de la Bourse and the Pont de Pierre, two architectural jewels of the city and of course the wine, a treasure that gives it a reputation all over the world.
