Dried pineapple from Costa Rica without added sugar, preservatives, or sulfur dioxide, made using a simple method: we only harvest ripe and quality pineapples on the plantation, gently clean them, and dry them while preserving their natural structure, taste, and aroma of ripe fruit. Therefore, this dried pineapple tastes almost as good as a fresh pineapple ripened in the tropical sun. There is a big difference between regular candied pineapple and Esmeralda dried pineapple. Taste it and you'll notice the difference :)
