Content: Pure flower honey - it is a classic among honeys. Like other types, it is primarily a nutrient and sweetener, and it also protects and maintains health by boosting the body's resistance. It is excellent on its own or as an addition to various drinks and desserts.
A natural property of every real honey is that it crystallizes (hardens) after a certain period. This is proof that the honey is truly natural. If we want to return it to a liquid state, we heat it. We must not heat it to more than 40° C, so it does not lose the nutrients it contains.

Preparation method: Steep the tea leaves, then let them sit for 10 minutes. Wait for the tea to cool to a suitable temperature for drinking (below 40° C), add a teaspoon of honey and "voilà".
