FOZET
Fozet is the color of old gold. The aroma is honey-fruity.
The taste is sweet-bitter with a nice honey-fruity aftertaste. The alcohol strength is nicely balanced with the sweetness and bitterness of the honey, so it won't surprise you and will leave a pleasant warmth in your throat.

fly 16 thousand kilometers and visit 12 million flowers.
HONEY
The honey must be in the exact natural ratio between linden and chestnut, which is why honey can only be harvested for 1-2 weeks a year.
Our honey contains very little artificial sugar, due to buckwheat pastures during the poor season, which ensures that the honey has minimal residual artificial sugar from feeding.
SPIRITS
The spirits must contain at least 70% apple, due to neutrality, while the remaining percentage is complemented by pear and plum for aroma and taste.
Therefore, in 1 liter of Fozet, we find as much as 4 kg of apples.
PRODUCTION
The honey is carefully prepared for blending with the selected spirits at a precisely determined temperature, using a unique, carefully guarded technique. Once we achieve perfect harmony of the ingredients, the mixture is gradually subjected to a natural, controlled drop in temperature, allowing for a two-week maturation in optimal conditions. After this phase, using a special technique, without any filtration, we obtain a crystal clear, golden liqueur that captivates with its refined texture, rich character, and exceptional depth of flavor.
