PREPARATION: Pour 1 g (1/2 teaspoon) of crushed plant with 150 ml (1 cup) of boiling water, let it steep covered for 10-15 minutes, and then strain. Drink 2-4 cups of the prepared tea half an hour before meals to stimulate appetite or immediately after meals for digestive issues. Do not exceed the daily dose of 2-4 g.
