True white chocolate from the Tolima region in Colombia, known for its numerous volcanic mountains, where we can still find the original variety of cocoa - criollo. The chocolate in the shape of coins contains only 3 ingredients: a high proportion of cocoa butter, powdered milk, and panela (unrefined juice from sugar cane, rich in vitamins and minerals). The coins are intended for direct consumption or for preparing an exceptional white hot chocolate. Since it primarily consists of cocoa butter, it is not only delicious but also healthy and rich in minerals and vitamins. Suitable for vegetarians, without additives.
The cocoa butter used to produce this product comes exclusively from the volcanic Colombian region of Tolima, which is why this chocolate carries the designation single origin (coming from only one region). It can also boast the designation single estate (coming from only one plantation). The chocolate is in the shape of (approx. 5 g) coins and is suitable not only for direct consumption but also for excellent solubility in baking or cooking, for making soups, chocolate liqueurs, etc.
The product is lovingly packaged in an integration packaging facility for disadvantaged and vulnerable people in Slovakia.
