Pelicon & Bratinov Hoppy Collins is a non-alcoholic specialized lemonade for mixing cocktails. Like its predecessor, Hoppy Tonic, this lemonade was created at the intersection of the brewing and distilling worlds, in collaboration with the Bratinov distillery. It is made from freshly squeezed lemon juice and aromatic Citra hops.
With its intense and fresh flavor, it pairs well with a wide range of spirits, bitters, and beer. Because of its strong taste, it does not get lost when mixed, making it particularly suitable for cocktails.
Ingredients: Hoppy Collins is a non-alcoholic soda mixed with lemon juice, sugar, and hops. Collins is unpasteurized and contains naturally present pulp. Store in a dark and cool place. Gently and carefully shake before use.
Recipes and usage: 1. You can drink it on its own, chilled to 8˚C. 2. Our favorite cocktail is Tom Collins with gin. Pour 0.3 cl of gin over ice, add half a bottle of Hoppy Collins, and a slice of lemon. One bottle is enough for two Tom Collins. 3. A great mix is also Pelicon radler - mix 0.25 l Pelicon the 3rd Pill and a bottle of Hoppy Collins.
