Unpasteurized Pelicon × Bratinov
Hoppy Tonic was created in collaboration between Pelicon Brewery and Bratinov Distillery. We combined brewing knowledge about hops with the distilling world to create a local craft tonic that highlights fresh and fruity aromas in mixes.
Ingredients
Non-alcoholic soda mixed with sugar syrup, water, potassium sorbate preservative, and natural flavors. We use inverted sugar in production.
How to serve
On its own: chilled to about 8 °C.
With coffee: pour Hoppy Tonic into a glass with ice, then carefully add a shot of black coffee.
In a gin and tonic: mix with Bratinov #3 gin and add ice and a slice of orange. One bottle of tonic is enough for two cocktails. Store in a dark and cool place. Gently and carefully shake before use.
