The non-alcoholic sparkling drink Hoppy Tonic was created at the intersection of the brewing and distilling worlds in collaboration with the Bratinov gin distillery. We first introduced it at the Pivomanija beer festival, and just six months later, also in small bottles. We wanted to create a true local craft tonic that is innovative and made from natural ingredients. Therefore, we created it with natural quinine, orange essence, and aromatic Citra hops. It is light, refreshing, and citrusy. Designed to bring out fresh and fruity aromas from a wide range of spirits.
Ingredients: Hoppy Tonic is a non-alcoholic soda mixed with syrup. The syrup consists of sugar, water, preservative (potassium sorbate), and natural flavors. We used invert sugar, which is sweeter than regular sugar, so less is used in the product. The tonic is unpasteurized. Store in a dark and cool place. Gently and carefully shake before use.
Recipes and usage: 1. You can drink it on its own, chilled to 8˚C. 2. Our favorite cocktail is Gin & Tonic with Bratinov gin #3. Add a slice of orange and ice to the mix. One bottle is enough for two Gin & Tonics. 3. An excellent non-alcoholic alternative is tonic with coffee. Put ice in a glass, pour Hoppy Tonic over the ice, and carefully top the chilled tonic with a shot of black coffee.
