Liqueur Elégia

Elégia is a liqueur inspired by the Melifera garden where our immortelles grow. A balanced and rich liqueur, it combines the fragrant roundness of immortelle with other notes that are sometimes spicy, camphoraceous, or resinous in a harmonious ensemble, paying tribute to the diversity of botanicals. Elégia is made in Charente Maritime from our precious immortelle distillate. These delicate flowers bloom only once a year. It is in early summer that we hand-harvest them and immerse them in alcohol to preserve all their power and delicacy. Elégia is the blend of this distillate with various macerates, infusions, and plant distillates such as angelica, wormwood, cistus, myrtle, verbena, and cinnamon in a grain alcohol and sugar. Each bottle of Elégia is unique and handcrafted. Its decoration is individually wrapped by hand around the bottle. Like in the Garden, the hand of man is at the heart of the product and echoes the manual work that is done throughout the year.
