Buttery Fish with Malvasia Nos Tra Twist

b- 4 fish fillets (e.g., sea bass or sea bream)
- 115g unsalted butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Zest of 1 lemon
- 240ml Malvasia Nos Tra
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
- Lemon wedges (for serving)

Buttery Potatoes:
- 4 large potatoes, peeled and diced
- 60g unsalted butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped chives (for garnish)

Buttery Fish:
1. Season the fish fillets with salt, pepper, and paprika.
2. In a large skillet, melt half of the butter over medium heat.
3. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
4. Place the seasoned fish fillets in the skillet and cook until golden brown on both sides.
5. Pour in Malvasia Nos Tra and let it simmer for a few minutes until the alcohol evaporates.
6. Add the remaining butter and lemon zest. Baste the fish with the sauce.
