The original floral gin. Its scent transports you to the dunes of Oléron with soils strewn with immortelle. On the palate, the attack is round and smooth, with notes of fruity juniper, cardamom, and a delicately iodized floral finish.

Spicier, aromatic, and complex. The immortelle meets the plants of the Corsican maquis in an intense and generous blend. For those who love gins with character.

Immortelle flowers bloom only once a year. We harvest them by hand at dawn to preserve all their aromatic freshness. It is this protected flower, organically grown in our own garden, that lies at the heart of the three gins.
