Winemaker's Diary:
The grapes for this wine were harvested in our vineyard Sari above the village of Tajná. The grapes were picked with a sugar content of 23.5 °. After crushing, they went to the press and then to stainless steel containers. Fermentation took place at a low temperature of around 15 °C to preserve the fruity perception of the variety and leave a pleasant residual sugar.
Food Pairing:
Goat cheese – summer salads – herb risotto.
Wine Service:
At a temperature of 8 - 10 °C in glasses for rosé wines with a volume of 450 – 500 ml.
