This blend was essentially an attempt at mixing coffees. The first attempt and immediately successful. Everyone liked it, which made us very happy. Moonlight is the perfect compromise. It is for people who want 100% Arabica with balanced acidity and bitterness. Flavor-wise, it is exactly between the darker Sunset and the lighter Sunrise. It is suitable for espresso, but also for sweet cappuccino. In cappuccino, the sweetness of the milk beautifully complements the fruity acidity of the coffee. In espresso, it also appeals to those who are used to bitter coffees due to its gentle acidity and beautiful fruitiness. The pleasant mildly sweet taste is complemented by notes of blueberry and sweet cocoa flavor. The taste is accompanied by a gentle fruity acidity.
