The production of royal jelly is done entirely by hand, it is complex and time-consuming. Royal jelly is used today for various purposes. Here we present some findings from scientific research that tested its effectiveness.
It has been proven to have anti-inflammatory, antibacterial, and antiviral effects (it even works on flu viruses), increases energy and endurance, and enhances resistance to stress and diseases. It has a biostimulatory effect, accelerates metabolism in the body, stimulates the parasympathetic center of the autonomic system, and increases adrenaline secretion. It helps maintain skin tone, promotes hair and nail growth, participates in the regeneration of cells and tissues, reduces cholesterol levels, positively affects the cardiovascular system, stabilizes blood pressure, improves memory, boosts the immune system, regulates digestion, and stimulates appetite. It maintains hormonal balance in the body, alleviates menstrual and PMS issues in women, helps with impotence, reduces nausea and fatigue, and has a beneficial effect on anemia, muscular dystrophy, and Parkinson's disease.
