Wine culture without alcohol.

Non-alcoholic wine alternative, made by winemakers from herbs and fruits. We bring wine culture without alcohol.

A new generation of wine culture

We don't want to push wine out. We want to bring it a partner.

Sari is a product rooted in winemaking DNA. It has complexity, structure, gastronomic character, and excellent taste. It is not de-alcoholized wine, but a drink created by winemakers from fruit juices, verjus, and herbs.

It brings a culture of dining, shared moments, and sophisticated drinking without the need for alcohol.

Ritual

The ritual of wine, but without alcohol.

We don't want our customers to deny themselves the feeling of opening a sparkling drink just because they don't feel like alcohol. Sari brings everything people love about wine into the non-alcoholic world.

• The right glass and serving temperature
• Food pairing
• Modern hosting
• Elegant dining
• Conscious social drinking
