Winemaker's Diary:
For the Sauvignon Blanc variety, we opted for selective harvesting – we picked the grapes multiple times to capture the best of the aroma, freshness, and structure. After gentle pressing and settling, we fermented the obtained must with a pure culture of wine yeast. We allowed the wine to age on fine lees for several months to balance its texture and flavor. Subsequently, the wine was clarified and bottled.

An ideal partner for light dishes, grilled white meat, or as a stylish aperitif.
Wine Service:
At a temperature of 8 - 10 °C in slightly closed tulip glasses with a volume of 450 – 500 ml.
