The Spherika Baeri Caviar comes from the Siberian sturgeon (Acipenser baerii). It is made using the Malossol method, which highlights its natural flavor. Tasting notes: Caviar with medium persistence in the mouth, slightly iodized flavor, intense and smooth with fruity dominance and mineral notes. The grains are medium-sized, with a creamy texture.
