Sweet life means leisure, pleasure, and a touch of luxury. Every day carries at least a bit of this sweet side. The combination of liqueur and jam from our estate also offers countless possibilities for culinary play. Peach liqueur combined with extra homemade peach jam provides an excess of unique and recognizable flavor of Vipava peaches, while Refošk liqueur combined with plum jam from Vipava solitary plums skillfully blends pleasant acidity and sweetness of the fruit. The extra homemade jams are made with very little added sugar and have a full, fruity flavor. The jams pair beautifully with aged cheeses, while the liqueurs come alive in combination with sparkling wines as a refreshing cocktail with the taste of juicy fruits from the Vipava Valley.
