What is in BIOVITALIS® Two-Phase Micellar Water?
Castor oil and wild rose oil create an innovative combination that cleanses, hydrates, and nourishes the skin. Castor oil promotes eyelash growth, while wild rose oil provides deep hydration. This combination of ingredients allows the Two-Phase Micellar Water to gently cleanse, restore moisture, and nourish eyelashes simultaneously.
Castor oil is obtained from the seeds of the castor plant (Ricinus communis) through a cold-pressing process. The castor plant is a perennial herb known for its large leaves and red flowers. Despite many parts of the castor plant being considered toxic, the castor oil obtained from the seeds does not contain toxic substances.
Castor oil is known for its positive effects on:
- Eyelash and eyebrow growth: One of the most well-known uses of castor oil is to promote the growth of eyelashes and eyebrows. Ricinoleic acid, a key component of the oil, is believed to be responsible for these stimulating effects.
