Aged wine vinegar is made using the classic method of aging in wooden barrels. During aging, it acquires a darker burgundy color, and the flavor of the characteristic red wine vinegar becomes richer, fuller, and balanced in its acidity.
We have added fresh garlic, which enhances the perception of acidity, allowing you to use less vinegar when preparing salads, while also avoiding peeling garlic and unpleasant bits in the salad.
The vinegar does not contain pieces of garlic, as it is strained before bottling.
