The sausage, with its characteristics, belongs to the type of Hungarian sausages. The harmony of flavors is created by a combination of peppers, garlic, onions, and herbs. The sausage is pleasantly spicy. For the production of 100 kg of sausage, we used 155 kg of pork meat.
Vacuum packed. Store the Čabája in a cool environment, preferably hanging, where air circulates slightly - for example, in a ventilated cellar or chamber. Its aroma develops best at room temperature.
