COPPA Ham approx. 240g

COPPA ham is made from selected high-quality pork neck for several months. To produce 100 kg of coppa, we use 150 kg of pork meat. The flavor of the marbled pork is enhanced by thyme, anise, bay leaf, juniper, cinnamon, and garlic. These specifically aromatic herbs make our COPPA beautifully fragrant and ideal for pairing with medium to full-bodied rosé wine, whose fresh fruity notes perfectly complement the fatty and salty character of the ham. You can enjoy this exceptional delicacy from the neck even more in combination with the right cheese such as Parmesan, mozzarella, or sheep's pecorino, which will enhance its flavor without overpowering it.

The ham is vacuum packed. After opening, store it in a cool environment, preferably hanging where there is a slight airflow.
