Everyone knows honey beer. But a beer that not only understands true mead but also has a slightly hellish chili? That's a treat you won't find anywhere else.
Honey beer is an original combination of two worlds – a genuine pale lager from the Hrádek Slavičín brewery and Elisa chili mead, which adds a flair and a gently spicy aftertaste.
The base is bottom-fermented beer with a full body and pleasant bitterness. However, the chili mead opens completely new doors. The honey sweetness remains, but it is complemented by warming chili that gradually rises to the surface and leaves a pleasant spicy warmth in the mouth.
The result? A lager that does not lose its traditional character but simultaneously offers a bold and unforgettable combination of sweet, honeyed, and spicy.
