The delicate sweet-sour taste of aged balsamic vinegar Berce is the result of careful cultivation and processing of the best grape berries from our estate, which we transform into premium balsamic vinegar through a long-lasting process, produced using the classic method. We age it for at least 6 years in wooden barrels to create a deep yet gentle aromatic flavor and appropriate density.
