Refresh your taste buds with our almond mead, a delicate secret that combines the rich sweetness of honey with the delicious aroma of almonds. This harmonious combination creates a drink that caresses your senses and leaves a trace of delicate flavor on your tongue. 

Traditional honest mead from Nivnice. Elisa has been produced according to the original family recipe since 1973. It is made from the finest Czech honeys using a non-thermal process to preserve all the significant substances in honey. After fermentation, it matures in deep air-conditioned cellars. Its base is honey and water treated with Bio Control System technology. A blend of herbs and spices then gives the mead its unmistakable taste.

Refreshing in summer, warming in winter
Mead can be consumed chilled or heated. In the summer months, it refreshes wonderfully when served at a temperature of 12-16 degrees Celsius. In winter, we heat the mead in an uncovered container to a maximum temperature of 50 to 60 degrees Celsius, ensuring it does not boil. We can add a slice of lemon to both cold and warm mead.
