Chmelíček is a handmade delicacy made from young hop shoots. We pick them in spring as soon as they sprout from the ground and marinate them in an excellent sweet and sour, mildly spiced brine.
It goes well with any meat – roasted or grilled. An ideal companion for Moravian smoked meat, sausages, or even pâté. Chmelíček is also excellent in salads or on an egg omelet.
Mišmáčka - is made from medlar fruit and also contains apples, tomatoes, garlic, vinegar, sugar, and spices.
We have refined Mišmáčka as a grilling sauce. Try it with poultry, in burgers, or with game meat.
Smoked Mustard with Bacon - This coarse mustard is made from two types of mustard seeds, yellow and brown, which are smoked before being pickled. Small pieces of roasted bacon are then added to the finished mustard.
The mustard is suitable for cold cuts, in mayonnaise, sauces, for marinating, and seasoning meat. It also wonderfully enhances vegetable salads.
Green Plum Sauce - A fragrant and extra sour sauce made from green mirabelle plums, fresh herbs, and spices, inspired by the Georgian Tkemali sauce. It pairs excellently with various meat preparations, vegetables, and cold cuts.
