St. John's treasure: is the name of our brand new gift packaging, which is associated with the feast of John the Baptist, also known as St. John. In addition to our specialty St. John's walnuts, there are also legends about the St. John's treasure that could be found on St. John's night under the golden fern. You will find this at the bottom of this specially designed box, and it is up to you whether you discover the treasure as well. :)

Crackling Chocolate - a spread made from smoked cracklings with baked apples, black garlic, and dried plums in wine. It has a layered flavor from smoky cracklings to sweet and sour fruity notes, and it is perfect simply spread on toasted baguette or complemented with pickled vegetables.
St. John's Walnut Liqueur - a traditional walnut liqueur made from unripe (St. John's) walnuts soaked in fine alcohol, a mixture of spices, and fruit. The liqueur aged for almost a year in an oak barrel.
St. John's Walnuts - unripe green walnuts soaked in sweet syrup with Christmas spices. Sliced thinly, they beautifully decorate and flavor cheeses, meat pâtés, or desserts.
Beef Pâté - a hearty coarse pâté made from matured beef from the Aberdeen Angus breed, pork belly, and a splash of red wine. It has a distinctly meaty, spicy flavor and tastes best on a crispy toasted baguette topped with a slice of St. John's walnut or wine jelly.
