The Antonio Russo – Evoè Farm was founded in Torremaggiore, in the heart of the Alto Tavoliere region of Puglia, from the convergence of family roots, scientific training and artistic sensibility. Following experiences in the wine sector, the return to the land became a conscious choice: to promote the Peranzana cultivar and transform the oil into a narrative of identity.
Evoè is more than a product: it is an artistic project in which every bottle, thanks to its designer labels, becomes a work of art capable of evoking landscapes, memory and culture. The company combines sensory quality with a strong agronomic focus, employing targeted interventions to improve the balance and yield of the olive groves and to experiment with new cultivars.
The commitment to sustainability translates into management that respects natural cycles, without forcing the process, and into transparent communication, which, through digital tools, guides the consumer through the Evoè experience.
