Madame Popcorn is an artisan brand from Aix-en-Provence created by French-American duo Claire and Jean-Baptiste Weiler.

It offers sweet and savoury gourmet popcorn, made daily with French non-GMO corn, continuing a family tradition dating back to 1885.

Claire is the great-great-granddaughter of Charles Cretors, inventor of the popcorn machine,
continuing a family tradition that dates back to 1885.

Located at 28 Rue Bédarrides, in the heart of Aix's historic centre, the brand is restoring
popcorn to its former glory by combining American expertise with French local produce. Everyday, the team handcrafts sweet and savoury recipes using GMO-free corn from the Gers region : cheddar, salted butter caramel, almond-cashew caramel and the famous Chicago
Mix.

The popcorn is available in bags and elegant, resealable tin boxes,
guaranteeing freshness and crunchiness, without preservatives or additives.
