*Warning: when taken out of the refrigerator, the oil may be semi-solid. Keep it at room temperature for a few minutes and it will return to its normal state. Keep between +5°C and +12°C.

Each can contains high-quality Santoña Anchovies in olive oil, matured in brine for two years in our cellar located below sea level to maintain the perfect temperature and conditions for maturation.
The Cantabrian Anchovies in Hoya Gold Series are made entirely with natural ingredients. The production of our 500g Cantabrian Anchovies follows the traditional canning methods of Santoña. With over 80 years of history, we maintain the tradition of our land in every can.
