Prepared in accordance with tradition, this semi-cooked duck foie gras is simply seasoned with salt and pepper, then jarred to preserve all its freshness and original flavor. This gentle cooking method maintains the melting texture of the foie and reveals the richness of its aromas. An emblem of the South West region, foie gras is enjoyed according to the golden rule: it should not be spread, but delicately placed on a toast. Served with onion confit or a few pearls of balsamic vinegar, it offers a perfect balance between roundness and character. Presented in a jar, it regains the authentic taste of traditional foie gras while ensuring ideal preservation and enjoyment at any time. Butcher's tip: take the foie gras out of the refrigerator 15 to 20 minutes before tasting. Cut thin slices using a knife dipped in hot water, then serve on warm toasts accompanied by onion confit or fig chutney.
