Cooked and fried in olive oil. The beard is manually removed and they are packed by hand one by one. Accompanied by a unique pickling solution made as it was traditionally prepared with completely natural ingredients, among which bay leaf, clove, pepper, and paprika stand out, in addition to a specially selected olive oil.
To appreciate this pickled mussel from Conservas Cambados, we recommend tasting them on toasted bread with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil or enjoying them fresh. This preserve pairs very well with a drink such as beer or a glass of albariño.
