🌿 An exclusive cut, born from expertise. This Iberian medallion is a unique piece that we obtain from the hip of fresh Iberian ham, carefully selected during deboning. An unusual cut that stands out for its perfect balance of juiciness, flavor, and tenderness. ✨ Naturally marinated with its own identity. We marinate it slowly with a combination of natural ingredients and spices, creating a creamy spice blend that enhances the flavor without masking the essence of the Iberian. The result: an aromatic, tender meat full of nuances. 🔥 How to enjoy it to the fullest. We recommend cooking it: ✔️ Grilled or barbecued ✔️ Seared on the outside and cooked to medium or slightly overdone. This will achieve an extra tender texture and a juicy interior that melts in your mouth. 😍 What makes it special: Exclusive cut of fresh Iberian ham, artisanal marination with natural spices, surprisingly tender texture, intense, balanced, and elegant flavor. 💡 Cooking tip: Let it come to room temperature before cooking and avoid piercing it to preserve all its juices. 3 individual pieces of 250 g. Nutritional information: 187 kcal / 100 g. 11% fat, 16% gross protein. Allergens: Lactose, Mustard, and Sulfites. Frozen state.
