For snacking and pancakes Saint John's nuts and Saint John's praline spread, for cheeses pine needle jelly and for homemade smoked meats or in sauces hops shoots. Eight unique flavors from Moravian local ingredients.
Bacon Spread - a unique bacon delicacy that combines the taste of roasted smoked bacon, onions, garlic, and spices with a touch of nut paste. Its pronounced sweet-salty flavor with a slightly spicy finish is perfect for warm toasts, mini burgers, or with roasted vegetables and cheeses.
Saint John's Nuts - unripe green walnuts soaked in sweet syrup with Christmas spices. Sliced thinly, they beautifully decorate and flavor cheeses, meat pâtés, or desserts.
Pine Needle Jelly - soft, translucent jelly made from young spruce shoots, white wine, and a pinch of salt. It surprises with a refreshing, forest-citrus flavor and pairs perfectly with aged blue cheeses or smoked salmon.
Quince Relish - a traditional horseradish delicacy with strong beef broth and apple cider vinegar, softened with fragrant quinces. Its sharp, fruity-horseradish flavor is an indispensable complement to traditional pig slaughters, cold cuts, and other meat preparations.
Smoked Mustard with Bacon - coarse smoked mustard with roasted pieces of quality bacon. It stands out with a full balanced flavor with subtle smoky notes and is suitable for cold cuts, meat sandwiches, and as a base for salad dressings.
Hops Shoots - young spring hop shoots pickled in a sweet-sour brine with herbal aromas. They taste reminiscent of asparagus tips with a slightly bitter finish and are a great substitute for pickles with sausages or smoked meats.
Crackling Chocolate - a spread made from smoked cracklings with baked apples, black garlic, and dried plums in wine. With layered flavors from smoky cracklings to sweet-sour fruity notes, it is perfect simply spread on toasted baguette or complemented with pickled vegetables.
Saint John's Praline Spread - a praline cream made from a paste of Saint John's nuts, caramelized walnuts, and quality dark chocolate. It features a sweet, subtly spiced flavor with nutty notes and creates luxurious sweet tapas on a slice of toasted brioche or with delicate cheeses.
