LITOMĚŘICE ham is made from selected pork loin with a layer of fat and is aged for several months. This strong and mature ham is more of an evening affair when paired with robust wine, and your taste buds will literally melt if you use it as a savory dessert after the main course.
The more mature it is, the tastier it becomes, and the entire production process takes several months. This dried pork loin is very popular for arranging platters, catering buffets, and tasting canapés.
The ham is vacuum-packed. After unwrapping, store the ham in a cool environment.
