Low yield and hand harvesting

The grapes of Istrian malvasia were produced with a low yield per vine and hand-picked at full ripeness.

Long skin contact

The wine was made with extended skin contact and patient aging, which gives it depth, texture, and a unique character.

In the glass

The aroma intertwines ripe fruit, dried flowers, herbs, gentle spices, and a slight oxidative note. The taste is full, layered, and long, with a structure that pairs beautifully with food.

At the table

It pairs excellently with seafood with more character, grilled fish, poultry, pork, roasted vegetables, mushrooms, risottos, herb dishes, and aged cheese.
