Refošk NO NAME NO FACE 2018

Refošk NO NAME NO FACE 2018 is a wine made from the indigenous Istrian variety refošk, produced in a traditional style with a distinct structure and dark fruitiness. The grapes were macerated for 16 days with indigenous yeasts, and the wine aged for two years in stainless steel containers. It was bottled directly, without filtration and fining, to preserve its natural character.

The wine has an alcohol content of 14.5%. The color is deep, dark, and inviting. In the aroma and aftertaste, dark fruit, tobacco, white chocolate, underbrush, graphite, and a slight note reminiscent of riper, stronger styles of wine intertwine.

The taste is robust, dry, and long, with a distinct Istrian acidity and structure. It is recommended with grilled dishes, red meat, game, dark sauces, aged cheese, mushrooms, and dishes where the wine can showcase its depth.
